This recipe took exactly 40 minutes from start to final plating as seen below and most of it is hands off - one tray popped in the oven, one pot to boil potatoes. It came together really quickly and provided a hearty, balanced, and flavorful meal during a busy day! As it was cooked in a convention oven, I adjusted the temperature to be 25 degrees lower which worked well. The top still got a little toasty, but it all tasted great! This hello fresh recipe is a winner!
