I could drink bone broth any time of day, I find it so soothing and nourishing. I love that these little bone broth packets from Bare Bones support your day with 10g of protein and you just need to add water. At around $1/pop they may feel a bit pricey, but they are definitely nice to have on hand for a quick and comforting boost or even a travel day! I prefer the beef to the chicken, but I've added some more salt and pepper to the chicken flavor and enjoyed it as well!

Shown here topped with Mutti Simply Sugo Basil Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Fresh Parmesan, and Boar's Head Pepperoni. Side of Spinach-Arugula-Sunflower Sprout Salad (via misfits) with yellow peppers and pear tossed in a light balsamic vinaigrette!

Meal Idea: Dice Olli Truffle Salami and fry until crisp. Set aside. In the salami drippings, sautéed diced mushrooms. Add a can of cream of mushroom soup to make a quick sauce. Toss the cooked gnochetti with the mushroom sauce. Serve the gnochetti with shaved parmesan and crisp truffle salami!
